OK Ive been doing avi clips for awhile an i just purchased a dvd burner,i was wonder if i jacked my biterate up from the normal 13 to 1400 to maybe 25 to 3500 kbps would it help make the avi's look any better.thank you for any input

If the source file is high quality, then a higher bitrate would help. However raising the bitrate of a poor quality file won't do anything.
