How to create menus for several short films

Hope someone can help with this.

I have read various faqs etc for a lot of different software and they all tell how to make menus, chapters, etc.... for a single film.

What I am looking for is to be able to make a menu system for 10 short films such that I can either choose the specific film I want to watch and then choose another specific film I want to watch (unlike a chapter system where it automatically rolls into the next chapter) or view them all together.

Anyway hope I made things clear and that someone can help.

Using DVDit PE it is real simple;

Import your 10 video clips into your media palette window

drag your menu background form the background palette to the video monitor

select fonts palette window, drag the font to the video monitor

type the name of the chapter or clip Select Effects and then Text Properties to edit fonts or text chapter point

Type your 10 different chapters or clip names

Click on Movie/Menu list, select Movie and the drag your clips to the appropriate name

Right click on the text chapter point and select, Link Properties
and adjust the end action under remote mapping.

That will give you the option you are looking for, to go to menu or chapter # after the clip has finished
