I have:
PIII 800, 128 MB Ram,
Pinnacle PCTV Pro TV card.
My captures are really looking bad. There are too much noise in the picture, the whole videos I capture is very bad. Not very funny to watch. I have tried alot of Virtual Dub filters (Sharpen, Dynamic Noise Reduction, Smart Smoother) no it's not helping.
So I wonder if the only solution is to buy a new card?
But before I do I need to know that my card is bad... Could it be my computer? Could it be the cable? Or something else?
Anyone know a great capture card with good quality?
Thanks!
