  1. Hi,

I have a GeForce4 MMX 440 Card with TV out. I connect the card to the TV with a S-Video cable. This setup just worked fine - so far.

Without changing any software or hardware component concerning the graphic board or the tv setup, I can only get a black and white picture on my TV. Has anyone an idea, what went wrong?

In the nView Menue the display connection is set to tv and the signal to s-video.

I would rather use a ti4200 card, but my Asus P2B is too old for this kind of cards an not able to deliver enough power!

Thanks a lot for any help!

This might be a PAL/NTSC thing. Can your video out be configured to either PAL or NTSC standards? If so, make sure it is set to the proper standard. I have seen this exact thing happen with mismatched TV standards.
