I captured some video and tv broadcasts with my Pinnacle DC10+ capture card at 384x576. Now I want to convert it to SVCD MPEG-2 352x576 at 2520 kbit/s.
I would like to convert it interlaced. I did that and the result is an excellent picture quality and smooth, but... The screen seems to vibrate a little (sorry for my translation but I am Dutch). It vibrates a little up-down.
I don't know yet how to solve this problem. Of course I can deinterlace the video and that looks ok, but I want to try to put interlaced video on a CD to play in my DVD player.
Can anyone help me please?
