TMPGEnc does NOT create Strict PAL VCD Compliant Mpeg System Streams.

(Xing Encoder and the Panasonic Encoder DO Create Fully Compliant
    Mpeg Streams)

TMPGEnc is encoder with better Quality, but because it does not
create compliant PAL VCD streams my DVD Player causes intermittant
    frame drops on Playback.

Anyone have any PAL VCDtemplates/settings for the correct IPB GOP Sequence, VBV Buffer, Max Number of frames in GOP, etc

P.S. VCDEASY always reports a compliancy warning when using Mpegs
created with TMPGEnc. Mpegs created with other encoders...No Problem.(Except quality isnt as good as Tmpeg)

VCDEasy fixes that problem, you just have to select that option
