PhotoCD with movies, background music and stills

I am trying to make a photo CD with...

1. Digital Stills
2. Short movies (avi's) (from my Canon V3/S230)
3. Background music

Nero lets me make a VCD or SVCD with digital stills and short movies, but NO background music.

Ulead DVD pictureshow lets me make a photo CD with digital stills and background music, but NO short movies.

Is there an alternate application that allows all 3 that you may recommend?

Argh!!!!

It's happened again... These are not PhotoCD. These are VCDs where you put photos on it. PhotoCDs are completely something else...

You can make a VCD with both high resolution stills and video. The video must be encoded as MPEG however. Nothing bar a computer is going to play AVI.

If you want to author a VCD with both stills and video, your best bet is to use VCDImager +/- a GUI like VCDEasy. Mind you, for more complex projects it will take some time to learn how to do everything and how everything works. The advantage is in that you can do them at all...
