I am not sure if this belongs in this forum, but here goes.
I just installed an ATI AIW 7500 with MMC 7.7, I set the video capture on the TV to Video CD (MPEG 1). So here is my problem. If I capture 2 hours worth of video, how do I get it to fit on an 80 Minute CDR.
From reading the help files here. It appears that I have to use something like TMPGEnc Plus to re-encode the video.
Can someone walk me thru the basics of performing this? Or am I way off base?

Thanks for the link to the guide Tommy, it was a great help and I managed to get my video to fit on a single disc.
I just have one more question. Should I have the video interlaced? Most televisions use interlacing. When I burn I have it set to non interlaced. If I set it to interlaced, I will probably get more space for the video. But how will that affect the quality? -
