Im not sure if this has been asked before, and if it has been i apoliguise. I have a few pal DVD-R mpegs (704x576/25fps/~3800kbits, not dvd rips but they look damn close) and I want to convert them back to their original ntsc 24fps film state. Ive read before that good pal-ntsc conversions can be really tricky. They are very high quality and i want to make the conversion with very little or no loss in image quality and motion smoothness. Is this possible? If so can someone paste an avs that might do the trick, or point me in the right direction? I would be very grateful.
