    Anyone have any idea why when converting mpeg-2 to mpeg-1 I would output a file that plays with a shaky frame? (entire frame jittering up and down about 1 or 2 pixels every 3 or 4 frames)

    Incidentally, this was because I was using the shareware version of the codecs that came with the Elecard player. Bye bye Elecard.
