    I have a Divx that I would like to convert to a DVD or even SVCD...can I do it with no quality degredation? And, if possible, with what software?

    There will always be quality degration, but some programs are better than others.

    For mpeg-2 encoding the two most popular are TMPGenc and CCE. Renectly ProCoder has also been making quite a number of waves in terms of ease of use, speed and quality.

    So, I can convert a Divx to MEP-2 with TMPGEnc ??? I didn't see a tutorial on that here...is there one?
