    Hi
    I finally installed this card tonite.

    Note:I am running Win98SE

    I downloaded the drivers for Win98 (and installed the drivers only).
    Then I downloaded the 7.6beta drivers for WinXP {and installed the software only).
    Rebooted when necessary, of course.
    Tried the tuner, captured TV and VHS - all worked great!
    Yay!!!
