The encoded output of Tmpeg has lost it's black level. Black looks grey. I can see in the preview window when I click start the black changes to grey and encodeing takes longer to start. The resulting SVCD plays greyish with washed-out color. This seems to happen under Windows ME?
I've run a Windows 98 for years without this happening. My second computer has Windows ME and this is the second time this has happened. The fist time I re-formatted the HD but now it's happened again.

Update, since I had installed Win ME over WIN98 this time,I un-installed WinME and the problem of Tmpeg's output turning grey went away. So it would seem the problem is in WinME.
