    Hi, I have a TV wonder PCI and I bought it on eBay so I have no manuals for it. I was wondering, how do you enable the TV Out??????

    Bad news - that would actually require it having a TV-OUT!!!

    If youhave downloaded and installed the latest drivers from ATI(should work for W98SE and W2k):
    It should be - Right click on your desktop;
    Click on Properties;
    Go to settings;
    Select advanced;
    Select displays;
    Click the circled I to the top left of TV - tv must be connected - and it should be enabled.
    This works for me on this card.
