    If the pictures are in MPEG format, why not load your too short file into TMPGEnc as video input. Then load a good MPEG picture as audio input. Process. It should give the results you need.

    Let me explain a little bit more:

    I have a digital camera, which gave me .avi files.
    I used TMPGEnc to convert all of the .avi files into VCD format (.mpg) files.

    I now have all of the files in a VCD format but just one of the files is a little too short for VCDEasy to be able to process.

    What do I do?

    Let ME explain a little bit You can lengthen your file by lengthening the audio and let TMPGEnc lengthen the video portion for you when encode them at the same time.

    Even though I moved this thread to another section ...

    So you're saying I should create a plain wav file using say .. "Sound Recorder" and then add it in the audio for TMPGEnc to encode?

    Exactly. And TMPGEnc will lengthen the picture to match the length of your audio file.
