Disk at once or Track at once

Here's my question,

What's the best to burn a s/vcd bin/cue image Track at once or Disk at once?? or it does'nt make any difference?

nero recomends burning audio, vcd and svcd using disk at once and data or cd coppies using track at once. but track at once can be used to burn s/vcd's if you wish. with DAO, the laser is run continuously until the end of the burn. with TAO, the laser is turned on and off after each indivisual track(On an audio CD a track corresponds to a piece of music. On a data CD a track is a unit of data which joins consecutive sectors together.)
