HELLO ALL

heres my problem, done a few photo vcds with picture to tv and they all seem fine,the problem is if i play them on a friends standalone dvd player they play perfect but if i play them on my standalone dvd player the menu doesnt work,they just start playing from album 1 and then play to the end, any ideas why i dont get the menu?
