  1. Hi,

I am a little confused. Having followed the "HOW TO MAKE A DVD USING TMPGEnc" all went well and it produced an MPEG file but the discription of what to do then became a little vague. It said now use Nero to make a DVD but gave no information as to how to convert the MPEG 2 to a DVD format. Can anyone please explain what the steps are or direct me to a place where the steps are explained.

    Thanking you
    Take care

  2. Choose DVD-Video template and drag all of your .ifo .bup .vob into VIDEO_TS folder. Now burn.

Did you first "author" the DVD? This must be done after you make the MPG but before burning with Nero.

  4. Thanks for the info but when I used TMPGEnc all it seemed to make was an MPEG2 file of the avi. I was using the DVD wizard.

Dave you got to author it using a Spruce up or the likes, to get the files for
the video and audio files for the DVD.

    Then burn them.

  6. I do believe that Nero are gonna release a DVD version of Nero along the lines of Their VCD and SVCD encoderr versions that do all the work for you. But untill then as pointed out you have to insert the MPEG 2 and suitable audio into a DVD authoring program. I like Spruce Up.
