    I've been trying to get it to work to make chapters for about 3 weeks notw, but the results R the same: after I drag my movie file into the program and afterwards try to right-click it so I can bring up the "properties", the program freezes for a sec, then closes. I thought it may have been a memory problem, but I've tried it while I had no other programs running, and the results were the same.

    Anyone else getting this error?

    Does this happen for all VCD's or just this VCD? If so are you sure it's a valid and compliant VCD?

    Yup. I tried it with other VCDs, and even VCD's that were very small in file-size. I encode all my vcd's with TMPEGEnc first.

    The freeze/close thing only happens when I try to do chapters.
