I use Cequadrant to burn vcd's and on a lot of them it says that there is an illegal muxer rate and wont let me burn. On nero it states the same problem, but will let me burn, but when I do burn the sound is chopped up, even though I use virtualdub to convert my audio files. Does anyone know the meaning of this problem and how to fix it?
