    It is still available, I guess the author just hasn't updated the links, probably looking for a new server to load the links to.

    .rar and .r0 .r1 etc. Are WinRAR files. WinRAR is a popular alternate compression algorithm. It is widely used on the web. You can find WinRAR at www.winrar.com.
