I always check my avi's in VirtualDub before I make any SVCD's with TmpGEnc, if the sound is 44000Hz it's ok, if it is 48000Hz VBR sound I use conversion and make a new wave file.
In this cases my SVCD get perfect.
But if the sound is 48000Hz 2 Stereo I use SSRC converter in external tool in TmpGenc
When I watch the SVCD movie afterwards, the movment in the movie are choppingIt seems like this type of audio affect the movie in some way. Have someone an idea why?
