Hi i have recorded a few dvds from vhs but whin i play thim they pause and hang up i record the vhs throw wintv card onto my comp thin i use tmpg and convert to dvd thin use movie fac. to record it to dvd with menus I seen in there some where abought burning speed on vcd have never had a problum with vcds just the dvd i am burning thim at 9x is what it says in movie fac. should i slow this down to 4x or maby even 1x
