DVD Maestro - IMG files

I've created a protected DVD.

So.... i need to burn the IMG file created with DVD maestro.

wich program should i use ?

is not a Spruce UP image file, i've readed lot of posts but , no one goes to to a point.

PRASSI PRIMO DVD is not detecting my pioneer dvr-104

Nero will do an IMG file

IMG don't appear to be a supported format in NERO , so if i select the IMG , then show me a windows asking me wich type of image it is.

wich configuration should i put , then ?

DATA MODE 1 ?
DATA MODE 2 ?

block sixe ?
