    does anyone know where i can download a dvd ripper that i can custom rip what i want. Like a fight scene or certain part of the movie that i want???? any help is suggested

    Usually you need to rib the VOB file that contains the part you want, but then only convert the range you want.

    Smartripper > rip VOB, DvdX select section you want to convert to AVI/Mpeg 1/2

    Or load VOB into TMPGEnc > Browse (*.*) > VOB > Setting > Advanced > source range
