  1. i need a good dvd software player...i tried windvd, powerdvd, sasami2k, and videolan...all of them didn't work. (power dvd actually gave me an error code:89030000)

does anyone know of other good players out there, prefreably ones that have live tech support (it seems that email support is the only one available...you can email them but they'll never email you back...)

    thanks

If you have all those different players on your computer that's probably causing your problem. Uninstall all of them and re-install PowerDVD only.
You may also need to restore you windows registry because all those programs have placed conflicting instructions in the registry.
