Odd artifacts after scanning stream.

Hi, I just scanned my video stream for errors and saved it, but now at the very begining off the video there's a green screen, and weird green artifacts stay until the next key frame, does anyone know how to fix this? I can live with it, I'm just wondering. Thanks.

Mark start, click key frame icon forward a few times until its gone, then mark end, press delete key, save out another copy using video/audio streaming
