  1. I have created an MPEG-1 file with my Ulead Video Studio, and when I tried to burn it to create a VCD using my NTI CD Maker Pro, I was getting an error message "Not compatible with VCD 2.0 specifications" - I really don't know what this exactly means. What I know is I just need an Mpeg-1 file to create a VCD. I tried using TMPGEnc, but could not find out how to set the paramaters or more precisely - how to use it. Could any of you walk me thru the steps involved in creating VCD using these softwares. BTW This is the first time I have ever tried creating any VCD.

    Thanks in anticipation !

    Hari.

  2. Hari, after you have finished editing your movie, go to Finish in Ulead Video Studio and click on Make a Movie icon. Select PAL or NTSC VCD template depending which country you are in. After it finishs rendering, you will get a MPEG file in VCD format that is compatibled with VCD 2.0 spec.
