I'm using a Sony 8mm Camera and recording in my old video tapes
using a radeon 64 ddr vivo and I have 2 question,
First How do I get rid of the annoying 5-6 lines of video noise,
when I record anything from tape all my captures have about 5-6 lines of
video noise I guess is what you call it, it's like the tape is showing more of the video than I actually see when I play it on my tv or viewfinder can someone explain this to me and how to aleve it?
Thanks
And My second question,
Which is better quality when encoding, Resolution or Bitrate?
