I'm sick of having to come back to my computer every 10 minutes to switch cd's to burn and setting up the cd-r software to burn a new disc.
I've heard of "CD-R jukeboxes" and other similar systems where you can just load 100 CDr discs and it'll do everything for you, and sometimes even automatically label your cd's. Is there such a system where it's affordable? I saw one of these costing roughly $3000.

If you have some extra bays on your tower, it might be more economical to invest in a couple more CDburners (since burners are so cheap now) or however many more you can fit on your computer and you use discjuggler. Discjuggler allows you to burn on multiple burners at a time.
Just a thought...
