I have Power VCR II and I have only recently started to use it.
How can I capture to burn an SVCD with the file. There is a built in template for standard VCD's but I do not see one for SVCD.
I do not want to have to re-encode.

You didn't say what capture card you were using. If you were using the ATI TV Wonder, here's a post that helped me a bit...

Yes I do have an ATI TV-Wonder. The full PCI version.
Your registry fix seemed to help. THe main problem I was having was that there was no preset 480x480 resolution so I could not record compliant SVCD files on the first go.
I will try this and let you know how it works.
