I just converted 5 diffrent movies from avi to vcd and did it just like it says to do using tmpgenc and virtual dub. Well the problem is alot of times during the movie the picture slows down and the sound keeps going and then the picture speeds up to catch up with the sound however it takes a while to get it back in sync and this happens all the time now on all 5 diffrent movies. I have converted movies before and had them work and I do exactly what it says to do. Please help.

I have been reading alot on the forums and is it the bitrate or something? All of the movies were 23,970 so I loaded the VideoCD (NTSCFilm).mcf should I use the VideoCD (Film).mcf to see if that fixes it? This problem is really annoying and I know my player supports VCD's because I have a ton of them that actually work.
