Every time I try to capture from Virtualdub, I get a box saying that the capture device is in use, and to close other apps such as WebTV etc... The problem is, there is nothing else running in the background except Direct CD and Norton Antivirus. Is it possible that they are somehow clashing with VirtualDub (I can't see how). I've searched the Boards and tried one or two solutions but with no luck! I've even resorted to a complete re-installation! MMC 7 works fine.

Here's my system details.

Windows ME, 800mhz Duron, 256mb RAM, ATI TV Wonder (PCI), TNT2 M64 graphics card, MMC 7.1 installed with the new drivers and DX8.
