This problem is a first for me!
I captured video with my MiniDV camcorder and transferred it over to my PC via firewire. Next, the file was loaded into Virtualdub, a few filters applied, and frameserved to TMPGEnc for encoding. I used the KVCD template (352x240) found at http://www.kvcd.net/dvd-models.html.
Now for the interesting problem. The encoded file doesn't play any audio!
The source file's audio is fine, so no problem there.
I did a simple demux in TMPGEnc. The resulting audio part of the file plays just fine. The video part plays fine. I did a simple remux in TMPGEnc to put the two together again, and the resulting file still had no sound! HA!
I'm at a loss at the moment. Any comments would be welcome.
