Correct Custom Settings For SVCD and ATI All-in-One Pro

I would like to make complient SVCD using All-in-one. what are correct/best settings

These are parameters i have entered:

480 X 480 NTSC (525)

Variable Bit Rate.

Video Bit Rate 2.32 Mbps.

Audio: 22050Khz 16 bit Stereo.

But what about:

De-interlacing (now checked)? Visual Masking(now checked) ? Frame Sequence Default or I Frames Only (now set at default)? Motion Estimation (now set at 70) ? and Motion Estimation Search Ranges? (now set at 16 Horz 8 Vert)

Forgot to mention, i selected mpeg2. please post correct settings for proper playback of SVCD on a DVD player.
