Okay, I have inverse telecined my video and I have a beautiful .m2v file that runs at 23.976 (obviously it plays fast on media player). How do I get this file into a DVD authoring program without converting it to 29.97? I thought that 23.976 video with the correct RFF-TFF flags was used by DVD authoring software. However, I also see that 29.97 is the MPEG-2 compliant spec. How do those who author with 24FPS (23.976 with 3:2 pulldown flags) get their video to be compliant? I'm confused.

0. Do a search on this site and web about pulldown.exe
1. Read about pulldown.exe
2. Use pulldown.exe to change video stream headers to 29.97 fps
