    I fired up DVD Workshop Friday, only to have the nag screen tell me my trial period is up and I need to buy the program before I can use it again.

    Only problem is, I already bought the program two months ago! I have the "DVD Workshop.pop" file on my hard drive and the $279 charge on my credit card statement to prove it! This nag screen had NOT been appearing before Friday.

    I called Ulead and got a recording saying they're closed for the July 4 weekend and there'd be nobody there til Monday.

    I called Monday and was told to e-mail them my pop file and they'd e-mail me back a new pop that would fix this. I sent them my pop file Monday night.

    It's now Wednesday night and I'm still without my new pop file, and my DVD Workshop program I paid $279 for.

    I am NOT a happy camper.

    Geez, I'm talking to myself.....

    Ulead also told me this screw-up had much to do with a vendor change on May 18. If that's the case, I would think there'd be more people having this problem. Yet no one else has said anything. Am I really the only one this is happening to?????

    Oh, and I *still* haven't gotten the new pop back from Ulead and am *still* not a happy camper....
