i'm trying to convert a series of AVI's into MPG format
i load up tmpgenc, put all my settings and stuff, select the avi(s) that i want to convert, and add them to the batch conversion list
when i select them all and press run, the first file in the list converts normally, but then it does not encode the next one in the list, or any more for that matter
i have manually select the video file and set it to encode again
but i just want it to convert them all in succession
anyone know how to fix this problem or why it is happening?
any help appreciated, thanks

Heres what I do....if your doing the same ...something maybe off in your version of TMPG.
Set up TMPG just like you are encoding one file ...but instead of hiting "start" you goto file>add current project to batch list>mpeg file.
Another window should open with the name you chose earlier> click save.
Then the batch list will be open..the file you just setup should be there.
Click on regular TMPG window (dont close batch window) and set up next file you want to encode....repeat above for all files....always selecting add to batch list...
When you are ready to run batch just click on batch window > then run ....
they will encode one after another till the last one is done or you hit stop.
