Hi,
I'm creating a single DVD from 3 PAL VCDs with some menus and naviagtion. I used Tmpgenc to transcode the *.DAT files to .mpg files with a resolution of 352*288 PAL, audio 48 khz. The resulting .mpg plays fine on the PC.
I used SpruceUp to create some menus. I also used a .mpg file so created as an opening clip. The opening clip plays fine. On reaching the first menu, where the navigation etc. are fine, but the picture is played with blocks with loss of colour or messy edges. The audio is fine and the whole DVD is fine except for the unrecognizable movie!
Could some one point out what am I doing wrong? Also, while using the SCAN/FWD option on the hazzy movie, it shrinks to the upper left corner of the screen. But the same is not happening while playing the opeing sequence. I'm very confused.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Geff
