  1. Ok.. Here is my issue. I dont have one of the cards that all the rest of you guys have. I just purchased a Osprey 200, and the reason is, well.. its a 200.00 card, I got for 70 bucks. I want to take video off of my camcorder, and then make a "Video" on my computer With sound/music. First, Can I do this with this card? I dont know if its MPEG Compatiable. 2.. I was told that only 352 + reso.. is good?! This card does 320 at 30 frames per second, and 640 at like 10 a seconds... ?!? I dont know what to do.. Someone please help! And give me some instructions.

  2. Install the capture program that came with the card (or see if you can download it). As far as I know, you cannot use standard capture programs like Vdub and Vidcap to capture. It's a hardware based capture/encoder card that needs special drivers for capture. For video CD, do 320x240 @ 30 frames (or 352x240).

  4. Hello guys, thanks so far! I know its used mostly for streaming video. I am asking, can it be done for what I want "Stated in the above". I understand this card is very good, better than the 50 dollar cards... but how much? And can it be used?! Please let me know.
