Trying to make a svcd play on my panasoncis RV-31.

[losing my mind]

I found a guide that will allow me to convert a svcd to play on my panasonic rv-31 stand alone player. It says to extract the bin cue file using vcd gear and then use tmpgenc to put a different header on it. could someone maybe help explain where the bin cue file is and if this even works at all. thanks
