    I tried making the bin with VCDEASY and VCDImagerGUI and it makes it 90 minutes. Even the program i burn the bin files with reads it as 90. I use CDRWIN. It has happened with a few files. Any idea what the problem is?

    I'm going to guess that your making xVCD or xSVCD, because that's when it happens to me. I've just always assumed that the increased bitrate was the culprit because it dosen't happen if I strictly observe the VCD or SVCD standards.
