  1. What's my best option for burning a svcd or vcd to dvdr? I've tried the tutorial on this page, but tmpgenc hangs when i start the demultiplexing. I've tried Mydvd but that has to transcode the video file, and it took 12 minutes to transcode a 30 second sample clip of video. So basically, i just wanna know what program offers the quickest best results. Thanks

  2. Spruce will accept VCD files and can be tricked into accepting SVCD but in both cases you have to convert the audio to 48Khz. Have a look at:
