ATI AIW 7500 Windows 98SE - Can't get TV video to initialize

I just installed an ATI AIW Radeon 7500 and although everything else appears to be fine, I can't get the TV tuner to function. I followed all of their instructions and even downloaded the latest version of their drivers but it still won't work. I have DirectX 8.1 installed as well.

I have MMC 7.5 installed and am downloading 7.6 right now. Will this help? I have been working on this all day and there isn't much hair left on my head! Please help!

Please walk me thru your steps. (i.e. Open display properties, then enable TV out, bla bla bla) Are you using the Coax or composite cable?

Thanks for the offer to help but I actually figured it out. I just had to update the Windows software with WebTV capability. Once I got that installed, everything works fine.

Just in case anyone else runs into the same problem, I did the installation in the sequence that RFontenot lists in his "ATI All In Wonder Capture Guide." I just updated it with the latest DirectX 8.1 and MMC 7.6. I didn't realize that I needed to enable the WebTV. I'm kind of surprised that wasn't listed anywhere in the ATI documentation, and I didn't see it anywhere on the forum.
