Well, Spiderman here's how you do it, first off if the signal is being stopped when it reaches the inside of your house, that would point to fixing the problem out side your house first, there is NO WAY to get a blocked channel with your ATI card, it is a video capture card ONLY...Buy a black box, or better yet rip the filter off the coax cable leading into your house they are in small grey boxes outside your house by the curb, if you live in a apartment then the filters are located in the electrial room of your building offer the super "sexual" favors to gain access into the room and pull that filter off man
then you capture card will do what it can to capture all the P.P.V and porn channels your heart desires...

oh yea theft of cable is a crime and does normaly lead to jail time...if caught

that's why I put in the whole sex thing if you live in a building "get you off the hook"
