I downloaded a SVCD centropy movie in .bin and .cue format and I burned the images with nero but when I put it in my APEX AD-800 dvd player it has an error. I know that the movie is in PAL format. I usually play NTSC movies but my dvd player's manual says it can also play PAL format. I've also tried ripping the .mpg from the .bin with VCDEasy and that went successfully. I then tried burning that with VCDEasy and it told me to enable "update scan offsets". When I burned that it also had the same error when I tried to play it. The .mpg plays fine in windows media player and Power DVD but when I tried to open it in TMPEGEnc it said "cannot open or unsupported" it also gives me similar messages with any other editing program (i.e. VirtualDub, Sound Forge). Please tell me if there is any way to burn this or reencode or anything that would allow me to watch it somewhere other than my computer.

Using VCDEasy has got to be the wors possible way to rip an mpg file from a bin file.
CDMage, ISOBuster, and VCDGear are more than enough to extract from simple bin/cue setups. Then burn the mpg's with Nero and then you should have no problem with playing the newly authored SVCDs in your Apex player. Nero does not burn bin/cue SVCD images very well.
I know Apex players have NTSC, PAL, and MULTI settings so the movie should play with no problem.
