Has anybody worked with the 800MB 90 min CDs.
Any opinions on not using them for standard dvd players

  2. I burned a SVCD with a 90 minute CD-R (870 MB) and it played perfectly on my Malata N996.

  4. It's 870MB for 90min CDs on VCD because there is less error checking.

    P.S Trust me.

  5. I know its 866 Meg or 99 min for the INFINITY CDR's.........

Check Sefy's CDRW compatable page to see if your CDR will burn to this!

Another thing to note is that not all DVD players will play these disc's to the end !

  6. I think all DVD's would read upto the 89min mark, i've got an old Pioneer 525 DVD Player which is about 5 years old now, and it can read just a bit over the 89 min.
