Hi there,
Does anyone have experience with the above product of Adstech?
Its a tool that you can connect to your USB port and the analog output port of your VCR of analog camera and use it to digitize movies. It holds its own onvertor to several formats.
I would like to use it to prevent my movie collection on tape from aging. Is this any good or is there better?
Regards

I would suggest an internal capture card rather than a USB device. USB just does'nt have the bandwidth, only 12MB/s max. Unless your talking USB2.0 which I believe is 480MB/s
