No. That's not a TBC.
Globalmediapro is wrong. (They often are. Too much copy/paste from one product description to another.)
Some Cypress converters (not this one, but others) do have TBC on conversion. So PAL>NTSC, or NTSC>PAL. But not PAL>PAL or NTSC>NTSC. The formats conversion is 1990s quality, extremely crappy, lots of ghosting and aliasing.
Most of these were badged under the consumer Sima brand.
Globalmediapro has lots of ghost listings anyway. I'm sure this was sold out years ago.Want my help? Ask here! (not via PM!)
