iPlayer 4K Help

Hi All

Please could someone help me download a 4K version of the following video please?

I have downloaded it from JDownloader, at a reported 1080p, but the quality doesnt look great.

the video definitely is availible in 4K.

I have looked into alternative tools like devine, yt-dlp etc, but as far as I can tell this will be 1080p without a certificate, not sure where I would get the cert from?
